A Family Affair Catering is owned and operated by Chef Roger Saker and his wife Pam. Roger is a 1986 graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating from the academy, Roger began practicing his skills at many area restaurants. In 1994 Roger, his wife Pam, 3 daughters and son decided to open the family catering business.
